We warrant that all our products are produced by leading manufacturers and are of their top quality meeting their high specifications.

Our service guarantee

We guarantee to deliver all products within four working days. If we fail to deliver in four working days we give you a credit for 10%. This applies to all standard off the shelf product and to mainland Great Britain (excluding W&N Scotland) only. Applies to orders of value over £50.

Our Price Guarantee

If you find a quotation, site or advertisement offering the same products cheaper we will give you a credit for 125% of the difference. This applies only for supplies who stock and continue to stock the same products as Printalot.org and exclude any liquidation or distress sale. All claims must be supported by written evidence. Currently this guarantee is valid only for customers and suppliers in the UK. Minimum price difference is £5. Minimum order for which this is considered is £50. Where an order is for more than one product the gauarantee applies only to the aggregated order, not to each individual line. The Printalot price is after any discount or special offer.

*We reserve the right to make a supplementary charge in the event that actual freight charges are higher than expected. If this is the case you will be informed and have the opportunity to cancel or adjust your order. You may find that no delivery charge has been added. In this case you will be notified of the charge by e-mail and a supplementary charge made.

Overnight courier or regular postage is used depending on which provides the most economical service. Should faster delivery be required, the delivery charge will be at cost plus a £5 handling fee.

Warranty and Returns Policy

All goods are sold with a full twelve month

If you are dissatisfied for any reason with any of our products they may be returned for full refund. Contact customer services info@printalot.org) to be issued with a returns number. Do note that in order to return goods for refund only one of each product ordered may have been ordered. The remainder must be returned in their original packaging, in merchantable condition together with the opened products. (
